Remarks: Pristella Tetras (Pristella maxillaris) are a great choice for beginners and small tanks. They rarely exceed 2" in length and are suitable for small community tanks. They have round silver bodies with a red caudal fin and yellow and black striped anal and dorsal fins. As these are shoaling fish, it is recommended to keep them in groups of 6 or more.
