Remarks: Red Terror Cichlids (Mesoheros festae) are large, aggressive, and should not be kept with anything smaller than 7". Males grow larger than females and turn a bright orange color, while females retain their juvenile pattern of red and black stripes - a stunning pair! In order to try your hand at breeding them, it is recommended that you raise 6 juveniles together and allow a pair to form naturally.
