Remarks: Clown Plecos (Panaqolus maccus) are a small species of pleco that get their nutrition from eating driftwood and the organisms found living on its surface. Vegetables such as cucumbers or zucchini are appreciated as well, and should be offered as a supplement 1-3 times per week. The small size of this species makes them suitable for small tanks, as long as there is at least one piece of driftwood present.
